Thursday Treasure /// Studio 266 + Giveaway

At Thursday Treasure, I will share a product or Etsy shop that I love! Do you think you have a product in your Etsy shop I would love? Feel free to shoot an email to paperlarkstudio@gmail.com. If it floats my boat, I'd love to feature it here!

Happy Thursday!

Confession time: I am not a card giver. If you receive a present from the Winslett family, odds are it won't have card. If it does, it's probably a blank note card I scribbled on. Yuck.

This happens for two reasons. First, I hate giving mass-produced, Hallmark-like cards. Besides being grossly over-priced, they're just not personal enough for me. Especially if I made the present I'm giving, I want an extra special card that reflects my gift. In my mind, a homemade present should equal a homemade card which brings us to reason number two. I can make clever or quirky cards on the computer all day long for craft shows, but I'm just not good at handmade, paper-crafted cards.

However, I found my solution! When Allison Dale from Studio 266 contacted me about a possible feature and giveaway, I got very excited because she sells handmade cards and they look sooo much prettier than what I can do.

When she sent me a package full of her beautiful cards, I knew instantly we had to do a giveaway. Ally puts so much detail in her cards and the camera just can't do it justice. For example, all those hexagons are cut and glued by hand. The two little red flowers have rhinestones in the middle. Loving it!

Here are more of her beauties...

Ally was gracious enough to provide six hand-crafted cards for one lucky winner most of which are pictured here. So, enter and give Studio 266 some love!
